T' ai Chi Class

On-going T'ai Chi classes in the School or in the park across from the School (depending on the weather) every Wednsday evening from 5:30-8:30. And every Saturday morning from 9-noon. $20 a month or $5 per class.

For centuries, the people of China have improved their health and lengthened their lives with this slow moving, relaxing, and balancing exercise. Accessible to any age or ability, it can be called a "moving meditation". As a form of martial art, it is sometimes referred to as "the gentle art of yielding".

Yang style Cheng Man-Ch'ing short form, long form, sword form, stick form, push hands and separate hands. Also studying the ancient art of Liuhebafa or Waterform.

New Classes begin in April and in October.
